I came home from camping this weekend (YAY!) and I was greeted with:
"knock knock"
"We sold the house!!!!"
yay.
The facts:
The closing date isn't until October 2.
My landlords are going to look for a new house, with an apartment.
It doesn't look as though the new landlords want to buy the house with a tenant.
I don't know what to do. I can't wait and expect that my landlords are going to be buying a house, with an apartment, within my price range AND in an area that's convenient for me. This area is perfect: grocery store, pharmacy, bank are all up the street, bus stop is outside my door, church is within walking distance, friends who live down the street where I can do my laundry AND where our weekly bible study is held... I don't want to move.
In other news, camping was great :)
