heart continues to break

My friend just called to say her boyfriend's mom just walked out on the family.

I just want to be a child again, I cannot accept this. Our world is so broken and I feel like I have nothing left to give. My heart hurts too much, almost even to pray. Could you please intercede on behalf of these broken families?

Just rest in God, He knows, even our weeping and pain for others are a prayer. You can't carry it all, that's why Jesus said to come to Him with our burden, because He knows we are too weak, He'll carry them for us.
Yes, it's a broken world with a lot of pain, so stay close to God, He's our Comforter. We love you!
