better...

I'm feeling better, but not quite 100% yet.

Last night I had to make an emergency trip to...Staples. I ran out of colour ink and had a major paper due today. So that's done now.

Classes are beginning to wind up. Our one teacher keeps introducing stuff and then saying "but...this won't be on the test", so nobody bothers paying attention.

I bought a chocolate donut. How are you supposed to spell donut, by the way? Is there an American and a Canadian way? Such confusion.

Tonight we're going to a Jars of Clay concert. Super excited!! Also playing are Burlap to Cashmere and NeedToBreathe.

In other wedding related news...two couples from my church are engaged and as of this weekend both of my brothers are engaged. Crazyness.

Talk about a point form journal entry.

Love,
bub

  1. I'm glad you're feeling better, have fun at the concert. Dani wrote, that it's tradition for the parent's to pay for the wedding, better tell him, it's the bride's parents!! :) I saved my parents a bundle!! HINT, HINT!

  2. Lazy spelling: Donut

    Correct Spelling: Doughnut

    Jordan

Ps: Don't you get engaged too ;)

  3. I wonder why the call it a DOUGHnut?
It doesn't really resemble a nut.
Maybe it's a specific kind of nut... that grows on Dough-trees. Maybe that's where the name Doughtry came from.

I have yet to go to a large concert of that sort (grumble-grumble).
    Anywho, have a good one!

  4. I think you SHOULD be next to get engaged... just for the reason that I'd love to see how you handle a wedding!

  6. I've tried to convince her to go to a justice of peace, you just pay for the license and the gas to get there (in our case, bus fare) and save nerves and money. I'm fine with that, elope, yes, elope!! :) :) I know you won't listen to me. Better save your money, we don't have any. We'll be lucky to make it to Ontario. I put my 2 bucks into the lotto pool at work. It's 28 million, tonight. You're in Ontario, buy a ticket, it's always tickets in Ontario that win!! What's with that anyway. Never mind me, I'm tired, so, low IQ :)
    I really dislike "word verification"
