Ignite the Road to Justice Tour

I am ecstatic to be volunteering at the Ignite the Road to Justice Tour tomorrow night in Toronto. The Ignite tour is being led by Miss Canada and anti-human trafficking activist, Tara Teng.

I heard about the tour from my friend Michelle Brock (co-founder with her husband, Jay, of Hope for the Sold - previously called I Am Coming). Michelle is a leading abolitionist who has made it her life to fight human trafficking. She changed her studies in university to align with what has now become her life's work. Michelle and Jay have filmed a documentary on the issue of human trafficking in Canada and have recently announced their plans to film a second, more professional, documentary on the issue of legalizing prostitution. You can read more about their work at www.hopeforthesold.com and you can pray through their new project and follow along at www.prayerforthesold.com

This weekend is the final in a 10 city tour across Canada that was led by Tara, her parents and a team of abolitionists. There are 3 events happening over the weekend and I have the privilege of being at the first one tomorrow night with Michelle and other freedom-fighters.

If you are interested in coming out, you can read about the events online at www.ignitetheroadtojustice.com

I'll report back after tomorrow night's event!
