Dear friends,
Please, I beg of you:
- don't torture your future children
- don't cause our friendship to cease
- don't give future school bullies any more reasons to tease
- give your future children a shot at being well-rounded, reasonable, high-functioning members of society
- stop making me guess the gender of your child
Lately I've been doing a lot of research and part of my work has been getting names and writing letters. When you write a business letter you want it to be professional and as a result, a salutation is also necessary.
Baby naming sites have become my friend, but in my quest I have come across some RIDICULOUS names:
- Arlo
- Baylen
- Bear
- Bodhi
- Bowen
- Buster
- Cash
- Copeland
- Cosimo
- Dashel
- Dreavyn
- Journey
- Kaiis
- Knox
- Kyd
- Lailaa Nicole (this is for a boy!!)
- Laird
- Leland
- Maddox
- Mekhi
- Moroccan
- Naviyd
- Otis
- Peanut
- Pilot
- Ptolemy
- Racer
- Rebel
- River
- Rocket
- Rogue
- Sophocles
- Sundance (again, a boy!)
- Tripp
- Quinlin
Ohhh boooyyy.
haha sophocles & ptolemy are the best. could you IMAGAINE. try filling THOSE shoes, baby!
ReplyDeleteand peanut. isn't that a nickname? "oh, look at the little peanut". imagine being mad at them: "PTOLEMY PEANUT, GO TO YOUR ROOM!"
and how do you know your kid is going to go rogue?
otis is the name of a dog in the movie "Milo and Otis".
and my kid's name is more rockin' than your kid's (get it. morrocan).
okay. i'll stop.
but wait. there's more:
leland and journey are both the name of a band. buster is a cartoon rabbit on the show "arthur" as well as a nickname: "hey buster. whatcha got there?"
cash. as in johnny? why don't you go with johnny, then...
and kyd is the (misspelled) name of:
1. kid rock
2. a small child.
