been a while

I have had so many blog posts running through my head lately... this is just a quick note to say 'hello and I'm still alive'.

Two weekends ago I held my annual dessert party-with a total of 45 guests. In my apartment. Forty-five. It was crazy, but so.much.fun!

Last weekend was Brad & Gen's wedding shower.

Today is Canada Day and Shirley, Jeff and I are going out for free lunch at the Mandarin.

Exciting times to be sure.

Also, my good friend Allie came home from Australia on Sunday and then yesterday Michelle got home from there too! Michelle & Ashley are currently there and Cindy will be there in October. Apparently I missed the memo that Australia was the place to be this year....

because!!! I was in Switzerland. I can't believe I haven't blogged about this yet! My brother got married and I finally got to meet my sister-in-law and niece the day before the wedding. I will write a proper blog about the wedding later this week (really!).

In the meantime I need to type up and send out the summer months' tellering schedule and get ready for FREE LUNCH at the Mandarin.
